Playing with my Cricut

I have spent part of this long Labor Day weekend playing with my Cricut, and of course my Gypsy. I made this  little scarecrow using the Paper Doll Dress Up cartridge for the body and clothes, and the Peachy Keen Build a Scarecrow stamp set for the head and cuffs / hands. The stamped pieces were done on white paper, colored with Copic Markers, and cut out. I think it turned our really cute! I don't know if I am going to use him on a card or a layout, but whatever I do with him, I will post when it's done.

I also made a Halloween card. Everything on the card front is from Paper Doll Dress Up except the moon, which is a circle cut from George and Basic Shapes. The ghosts, bats, vulture, cat and witch are all covered with Stickles. . The border on the mat inside was done with the MS Drippy Goo punch. Love that punch! I'm (im)patiently waiting for my Happy Hauntings cartridge to arrive in the mail so I can add the sentiment on the inside with one of the really cool fonts on it.
